May 2004 APHA Sorrel Overo Filly. What a spectacular looking filly. Lots of chrome and lots of speckled color. She will turn heads and make anyone proud. Wonderful temperament. Started under saddle and going extremely well. Very well balanced in all her gaits. Lucy would make both a wonderful Western Pleasure horse or a Hunter-Junper prospect.
May 2004 APHA Buckskin Overo Filly. This sharp looking filly is good looking, well bred, and a very nice mover. She should mature to a about 15.2 HH. With her wonderful temperament she is guaranteed to be a standout in any situation. Rocky is going extremely well under saddle and has been perfect in everything asked of her. Goes both English and Western.
January 2005 APHA Bay Overo Filly. This nicely marked filly has the outline of the map of Italy on her side. Very gentle and a joy to handle. She is developing nicely and should reach good size. We would expect her to be very similar in scope and appearance to her half brother Carmagain on our Geldings page. Started under saddle.
April 2004 APHA Sorrel Overo Colt. This is one good looking gelding with lots of chrome and some color. Out of a 16.3 HH mare, Jones has been tall since day one. Wonderful temperament. Jones was certainly bred to be a high performer, and perhaps he will be. He has been a bit gangly and awkward in his early growing stages but is starting to look and move like something special. Yet he remains very laid back and mellow. We certainly have high expectations for him. Started under saddle.
May 2004 APHA Gray and White Overo Filly. Two blue eyes. This mostly white Medicine Hat filly is put up pretty nicely. She is muscular, athletic, and very agile. She combs these river hills like a combination deer and mountain goat. There should be no limit to what she will be able to do, be it reining, barrels, or whatever. Grown out to 15 HH. Started under saddle and showing signs of being something special.
February 2004 APHA Chestnut Overo Filly. Two blue eyes, one with black eyeliner. Lots of chrome and lots of interesting color. Her name describes her well. She should be one athletic filly in the 15.1-15.3 HH range. Her mom is one of the prettiest, smoothest, and most athletic horses we have ever seen. And Holly is very balanced and a beautiful mover. Started in the round pen. Definitely for the ambitious APHA competitor.
2004 APHA Breeding Stock Gray Solid Colt. This guy is both muscular and athletic. Plus he has great conformation with a nice easy going attitude.
2003 registered APHA Sorrel breeding stock gelding; A late foal out of a 17 HH mare, this guy continues to grow. Schwartz is very striking with lots of chrome, no faults, and a personality that can't be beat. He is a wonderful mover with an extended trot that would be the envy of many a dressage horse. Plus he has been started over jumps and shows promise of becoming an awesome Hunter-Jumper. Better pictures under English saddle will soon appear.
2003 registered APHA Chestnut/Overo Medicine Hat gelding; Should grow out to 15 HH. This guy gets better looking every day. Very spectacular with two blue eyes, one with black eyeliner. If you like color, you will love this guy. He is quite the character and his name suits him well. Will make a great Western pleasure gelding. Has had around fifty rides and is simply going wonderful.
2002 registered APHA breeding stock Black filly; A very sharp looking jet black filly that is easy to handle and presently going well under saddle with about fifty rides. She is very well put together and should grow out to over 15.3 HH. Extremely surefooted and very willing.
April 2004 APHA Chestnut Overo Gelding. This handsome guy has lots of chrome with a little color. Should grow to a bit over 15 HH. Jerome is just a sweetheart who has started better than any other horse on the ranch ever has. He will certainly be a standout both English and Western as he has already has no trouble with his leads and changes. Plus he is quite correct and put together pretty nicely. His current trainer referes to Jerome as one of the smoothest and pleasurable horses ever ridden. Better pictures will soon appear.
